		<description>I will point out that sometimes they /are/ the same, though, and that&#039;s not always a bad thing. We&#039;ve had a lot of soldiers who dropped out of high school, or left early to try to go to college and got their GED, but are still outstanding soldiers and served very honorably-including in combat.</description>
