It is also completely unacceptable to expect military members to gather around and scan the horizon for evidenciary proof to placate the left. These insurgents have been caught on the battlefield, not sitting in a local coffee shop playing dolls with their children. It's time America is more focused on our safety. I know that makes me sound like a Bush-hater, but he was in charge at the time. Think back to Nurenberg. the end result was the same, but no one can claim that the accused didn't stand trial.
