His comeback blaming Congressional inaction won't win him many friends. He should have pointed to Shell's excellent record in petroleum production to make his case. Last item is that our oil addiction will not be solved by crying "Drill here, drill now", but by finding reliable alternatives. AW's comment about 30 years will be stretched to another 30 years if all we do is simply drill more. Oh yeah, this has been their schtick for years. This is what dems are about. Bigger government, more power. Maxine Waters needs to step down from her post for her stealing from her constituents. This oil and gas problem has been happening for 30 years, starting with Jimmy Carter. Our government has known for 30 years that we would end up with too high of prices if we didn't deal with this supply/demand issue and work on drilling so we could be less dependant on foreign sources. Both sides screwed the pooch on this, and we paid the price. We could pay the price again if we continue to let them ignore it. The people say DRILL HERE-DRILL NOW! Don't these people work for us? Why aren't they listening then? Government has gotten too big for its britches. Socializing? Oh yeah, this has been their schtick for years. This is what dems are about.
