GWOT in the heart
The Global War on Terrorism doesn’t exist? We don’t need to secure the borders? Mexico isn’t the problem? How will the administration deal with this Overseas Contingency Operation?

This makes my skin crawl… God help us all.
I sit here in my little midwest suburban house, hoping that the current administration (OMG) will keep my family safe. It’s going to be a long and frightful 3 1/2 years.
That is a comforting thought, since our troops go through Kuwait before landing in theater. WTF?!
This guy talks big, but doesn’t say anything we aready didn’t know. Anti-terrorism fights didn’t begin after 9/11 when GWB coined the phrase GWOT. This also underscores the need for heavy-duty diplomacy capabiity along with military capability. If the suggested person is in Mexico trying to tunnel through, its already too late. While creating an rigoursly guarded border north and south are important, if you think that that is the only defense, you are mistaken. Think back to the Maginot Line in France.
